Any order that has not yet been received by you may be cancelled and a full refund issued, or a replacement item ordered.
All claims for shipping damages must be submitted with 5 days of receipt.
You must contact us in writing, preferably by email, to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and return address, quoting the order number. The Return Authorisation Number should be clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Repairs, exchange or a full refund will be carried out on receipt of the faulty goods to the address given.
Non-faulty returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge (outside the cooling off period of seven working days as dictated by the Distance Selling Regulations). Post and packing is non-refundable in these cases. Whether or not a fault exists will be determined solely by the manufacturer. Inability on the part of a customer to fit non-faulty goods, whether or not caused by the ordering of the incorrect style or model, will not be accepted as a fault. Exchanges will be accepted, subject to the 25% restocking fee, only if the goods are returned as new, carriage paid. We may, at our discretion, give credit, exchange or refund if an item is returned within 10 working days of receipt provided that the merchandise is in its original condition.
IMPORTANT! Please enclose your name and address, invoice number, Return Authorisation Number and a brief description of the fault, if any, with all returns.
Delivery
We will endeavour to process orders placed before noon (local time) on the same day, subject to stock. This means you will usually receive your order within 7-10 days provided that delivery is being made to a UK mainland address. Orders within the UK are delivered using the courier services Fastway or Initial Citylink, depending on the area and cost £20 including VAT per item. For multiple items please contact us in advance for a quote. Orders outside mainland UK are usually delivered by UPS. For delivery outside the mainland UK please contact us in advance of ordering for a quote. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size and weight of the parcel. We have two standard box sizes, 194x38x17cm and 178x30x14cm. Most of our products weigh between 20kg and 30kg when boxed.

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card, Switch or Delta debit card or using a Paypal account. All of your details are encrypted for your security. If you prefer not to pay online, contact us and we will be happy to take your order over the telephone with your card, or you can send us a cheque. We do not pass on any of the information we collect to other companies.

We reserve the right to change any price without prior notice. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, however all prices should be validated by us before processing your order. If any price increase has occurred, we will contact you to advise you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. By ordering from our website you consent to our terms and conditions. If these should change, the details will be posted on this page so you can always be aware of them. No contract will exist unless and until we accept your payment.
