How to tell which car you own
Range Rover
The two styles of Range Rover are quite different. The "Classic" shape is the one that has been around for many years, and is very angular and rugged in looks. It ended production in 1996.

The "Newshape" is more rounded. It appeared in 1994. Notice the headlights for rapid identification. The round headlights are the "Classic", and the square headlights are the new shape.

Discovery
The two styles of disco are harder to tell apart. On the back of the tailgate of the series II, there is a small badge that says "Series II". The front bumper is plastic, too, rather than steel.

Don't get confused with the "200", which is the engine in the Series I Discovery (along with the "300")!
